Leaving a 3 star review. I originally left a 1 because the lid did not stay on, making a kids lunch box pretty useless. The company did reply to my concerns quickly and said that was not an issue they have had before and were willing to replace, offer a better product, or refund my money. Since I need a lunchbox for my son now, I chose the refund which they promptly gave. The stainless steel part was great, I wish it would have worked. If you decide to try this product, you can at least be sure of good customer service from a company that wants to have happy customers and you won't be hassling if the product is defective
