Very harsh taste but best results and quality on the market. Seriously.
I've tried several different kinds and brands of reishi (and other mushrooms) and none compare or even come close to comparing to this stuff. A proper dual extraction of this quality makes you consciously feel the calming, soothing effects. I've been just tossing and washing with a swig of water and this stuff is the most bitter and horrible tasting stuff ever, so definitely mix it in with other strong flavors or put it in caps. I'm too lazy and am used to doing the ol' toss and wash with all kinds of herbs so I'll just deal with it.

Great extract with noted benefits
