Authentic.
I am an Indian. This spice paste is very authentic. I use this almost every day. I am a vegan. I find it very easy to add it to beans etc for my food and to lamb or meat dishes for my family.very very good product.

Meh.
I was disappointed in this product. It has very little flavor; I had to "doctor" it quite a bit to achieve a decent curry taste. That sort of defeats the purpose of a ready-made paste, which should be convenient. I wouldn't buy any of the other products by this company.

Creates an Outstanding Meal!!
We love our Classic Curry by Sukhi's!! Super easy to make too. We just brown some chicken add in the sauce and some water, simmer a bit while rice is cooking and voila! Our tummy-warming meal is ready to eat! LOVE the flavor and easy to cook. Stores well for leftovers too.

Are use this to make various types of curry. All turned out wonderfully. I use coconut milk also.
