I've had cast iron meat grinders before, but I'm not responsible enough to maintain cast iron.This one is perfect though - stainless steel, can be totally taken apart for cleaning.I used it the day I got it - ground up about 10lb of chicken in minutes, then another pound or so of mushrooms and garlic. Much faster, easier and quieter than with the electric food processor.There was one thing that might have been a problem - limited places to mount it in my kitchen. There is only one place I could mount it in my kitchen, without hitting a perpendicular counter with the handle.I did manage to mount it by opening a drawer so I could slide the grinder down just one more inch, and it worked great. Mounting was easy once I found a space for it. It comes with little feet to protect the countertop even.Overall, I'm very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded.  Good quality, gone through 1kg of meat quickly, not needed to use the press stick.

I love the quality and the finish of the Stainless steel. The product looks great without a doubt. Nicely packaged.However . . . . .the handle is absolutely rubbish. It is fixed by way of slotted cam at the back of the auger and does not fit snuggly at all. It wobbles around like a broken tree branch and honestly brings the quality of the product right down. I am certain the design engineers thought this was an improvement for what ever reason, and to be honest I thought it was a clever idea before I bought it and so obviously put an order through. Would I buy another one? absolutely no way known and I honestly warn other prospective buyers to seriously consider buying another size or indeed brand where the handle is retained by a Shoulder screw/bolt where the handle fits snugly and does nor wobble about like that broken branch I mentioned earlier. I apologise for the negative feedback but feel it necessary to warn others.HUANYU please fix this issue because if you don't you will lose thousands of sales.

This stainless steel, manual, meat grinder is absolutely perfect in every way. The quality of construction and the fine stainless steel is like jewelry. I'll be keeping this product forever. So far, I've ground chuck steak, pork tenderloin, day old Italian bread and walnuts. The results for all of the above were perfect. If you're in the market for a manual meat grinder, choose this stainless steel version. You will definitely be happy.
