Still going strong
I’ve had this for about a year now and it continues to work well on my shoulder, neck, supraspinatus. I’m still using the first set of sticky pads so they seems to have good life. It is powerful enough to impress me (I was concerned that it would be wimpy), I’ve not been able to get past level 3.

Un-returnable even if the box is not opened or item was not used!!
Be careful buying this, once it shipped it's un-returnable. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped and it arrived 1 day later than the intended delivery date. the box came and I didn't open it so it's just sitting here unopened. I ordered something cheaper before ordering this first because i wanted a quick relief for my back pain and I found something cheaper and does the same work....Look for something cheaper if I were you!

Excellent! Love this machine. Had an old one that got lost, so this is a replacement for that. Really helps my sciatica, and muscle/tendon pains. Love the new 40 minute feature. Will be using this for a long time.

If anyone has muscle pain this is for you. Think carefully on where the pain is coming from not just where you feel it. Putting the pads on the correct location is crucial... 30 minutes later...no pain. An absolutely amazing product

Dr. Ho's massage/pain therapy isn't for everyone, but for those with joint or muscle issues it is great.
