Love this brand of Luteolin. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and Luteolin is a natural mast cell stabilizer that’s often gentle for people with MCAS unlike some other natural mast cell stabilizers. For me, this brand is MCAS-safe - no triggering ingredients in it and great quality. I also love that each capsule is only 50 mg. With MCAS, you always have to start low and anything above 50 mg would be too high to start with for me. Along with the other things I take, it’s helping me with skin reactivity, rashes, facial bumps that enlarge when rubbed, burning skin sensations, etc, calming neuroinflammation, helps vascular and tissue sensitivity, and many, many other things with my MCAS and how my MCAS affects my other conditions.

Good product

I've changed many facets of my life including adding this supplement for eye health because of a family history of eye problems. So far, so good for me and, at my last eye check, learned that my eye pressures had reduced dramatically. Again, I've changed many things so this may not be the determinant, just an additive.

Since large quantities of Luteolin are difficult to obtain by eating enough vegetables and fruits, I am pleased to have found this Double Wood product. I take one 50 mg capsule in the morning with breakfast and a second 50 mg capsule in mid afternoon. This seems to work the best for me. I must say that I appreciate the quality and fair price of this product and the decreased pain in inflamed areas. It seems my thinking is clearer and quicker as well.

I bought this item because a famous naturopath recommended it online to increase the brown (fat burning) percentage of fat in my body over time. I do know that there was a rapid change in my belly fat, which felt like it was a tire around the front of my body. It deflated back to its regular fat state, as though something shifted. I am only taking half the dosage to start because my body can normally only tolerate children's dosages of any med, if that. Since I notice no ill effects, I will continue to take the Luteolin for awhile, as well as order a second bottle when this one is close to running out. I have been exercising by walking, and stretches so hopefully that will increase in duration too. I know of no way to measure body fat at home so I will gauge things by how my body looks, and feels. I am not expecting miracles, certainly not at half the recommended dosage, but have a sliver of hope that this is a useful product.

It’s my second order, I can’t report any intense amount of difference. I use a blend of nootropics to help boost my creative energy during the day, where I’m developing websites and primarily using my brain for work.

I thought the price was too good to be true. Well it is. As each capsule has only 50mg so you need to take two to have a full dose. The brand I bought previously had the full 100mg in just one capsule. Be aware of that.
