wish my daughters would stop taking it!!! we have 3 different female hair types. Im older with blond and grey and grow out. It does tend to make me look a little more grey but after blending it goes away. My daughter has super thick and LONG rich brown hair and it doesn't seem to leave signs of residue. We have tried many brands and we always come back to SGX. I just wish it wasnt soo expensive....

Like many others stated, it smells great - very light and just a touch floral. I’m usually very allergic but this brand has been pretty good to me with scent. I’ve used another version of their dry shampoo called Clean Slate which has volcanic ash. It worked really well and probably the only dry shampoo that has ever left my hair feeling less oily. After looking around on Amazon I found this version that shows it’ll take care of oily hair and make my hair more voluminous. I’m sad to say I’m very disappointed in this particular product. I sprayed it in several parts of my hair and rubbed it in lightly. An hour had gone by and I could see and feel it’s still oily and just overall more gross feeling. Tried to do a return but had not realized this product is not refundable because it’s compressed gas or whathaveyou. Le sigh!

I've used a lot of different dry shampoos, and find this one to be the best. There's no white powder when you use it. There's very little build up over time. My hair stays clean for 3 to 4 days. A tip my hairdresser shared: put the dry shampoo on clean dry hair, the day you wash it. This creates a protective barrier so dirt and oils are less likely to adhere, then use the dry shampoo every day but less than you would need if you didn't use it on clean hair. The combo of using it on clean hair and this particular dry shampoo make it feasible to wash my hair every 3 to 4 days instead of every other.

I like this dry shampoo, works well, but, the smell is really strong. Other than that it’s a good product
