Strong magnet, good charger, amazing customer service.We have been using it daily in work vehicle and it has held up well. One day the charger died and when I reached out to customer service, they were very helpful and after troubleshooting send me a replacement which I wasn’t expecting.

Works great for my S24 Ultra with a magsafe case. No more falling out of the grip arms when hitting a bump. Has a great magnetic hold.

I bought this and within a few days it quit charging my phone, reached out to customer service which they finally replaced it for me. Had the second one for a few weeks and, again, it quit charging my phone. When they work it is awesome, but the aggravation of not knowing how long it will last is annoying. I love the product but will not be asking for another because of the reliability issue!

This is actually a nice thing to have. I got a different vehicle and my old one baked in the sun and fried some of the components so I don’t recommend letting that happen. This one has a sticky plate to install in your vehicle then clamp the suction cup in place to that. Adjust and turn everything 360 as necessary to use. The magnet is strong and hold my phone in place securely and it offers a good charge being wireless connection. No complaints or issues I can think to report. Definitely would recommend this to others in need of a new vehicle charger!

I love this thing! I might've been able to buy something a bit cheaper that would work but, I'm glad I went ahead with this one. Reviews are good for this and there's a reason for it. Rock solid. Powerful magnet. I don't know about the mounting other than the windshield but, so far great, adhesion to the glass. Buy it, I don't think you'll be unhappy.

Worked for a little over a year and then stopped charging my phone.

Great daily ease of use! I have owned it for over 6 months and it's the best phone mount I've ever had.I am coming from a previous iOttie product that also had wireless charging but used claws to hold the phone in place. As often as my phone comes on and off the charger, I really wanted NOT to have to find the release buttons all the time, and this product is perfect for that. My previous product also latched into the CD slot which was very secure but made rattling noises sometimes.I also appreciate that the mount telescopes out a bit if needed, because I did need that.It charges fast enough to keep up with my phone GPS power consumption.Nitpick: While the system is very secure when used with the flat plate mount, it's a problem on many modern dashes just to FIND A FLAT SPOT! Manufacturers love swoopy curves everywhere. I had to find a place that was only slightly domed and add some perimeter of sticky tape give it contact around the edges. I wish someone would come up with a system of dash mounting that accounted for the curves.
