Lets start with the good, first everything it does it does well. It has heart rate and is really accurate, it also has heart blood pressure and according to wife that is not as accurate but close enough to use for guidance. Blue tooth connection is awesome never drops and really good distance. The find phone has come handy twice since I got watch . The stepcounter well not that accurate but close enough to get the distance within 50meters. I guess the calorie count is good but don't care to much for it to check for accuracy.Now with the no so good. Although the app for the phone works it does has some grammar issue but nothing big enough to be worried and everything is understandable. Next is the running part, well you have to have the cell paired if you want to get the right distance and time of run since the watch doesn't have a stopwatch. It would have been nice to have a stop watch that would also start a separate step count to determine the distance from that moment in time without having to be pared with phone.. I am hoping the company that made the watch read it and update the software of the watch since is good and like most smart watches out there is missing this important part. Anyone that trains will use these in combination with the other stats the watch provides. The notification also need some improvements but compared to my wife's fitbit they both have same issues so won't go into details there since anyway is not the reason I got the watch. Overall I am happy but would like and hope some update with the before mentioned improvements that a lot of runners/trainers would benefit a lot. Thanks and hope the information helps

I absolutely love this watch ..If you can find protective cover for it please do.The only problem I've had is on my third day the watch fail off my arm and hit tile floor..There is no protection on face it's glass..So the face cracked and shattered. I'm still using it and it's working great but i want be able to for long because glass keeps grabbing my cloths .

Much better than the others I purchased before. 1, it works well; 2, the wrist band is easy to put on; 3. the display is easy to read.The only things that could be improved is the software. It is a bit basic.All in all I love it.

It is a great sports watch. I wore it for a long time, but eventually I got a rash from the watch band. Achangeable watch band would be great. I could then get a metal watch band for it.

I wouldn’t buy this again, bought it for the heart monitor and it didn’t work. Also very thin and feminine looking.

Product doesn't work. Dead on arrival. It was not new. Looks like a previous return that was sold as new. Poor quality and no product support.

They need to tell people you can not down load the app the watch requires from windows.

I've binned it! You cannot read the time in ordinary daylight (eg out doors), the details often do not light up on the watch face on moving the arm as instructed; we went for a long walk (about 8 Km), and it recorded that I had walked 21 Km, but only 12 footsteps, every night at about 11.55 it starts beeping for a few minutes and then resets itself. Also you cannot do anything with the watch without it being connected to the phone via bluetooth. If the phone is separated from it for more than about 20 minutes it closes the connection, loses all the data, and has to be reset, and worst of all......when you download the app it requets permission for access to almost everything on your phone, including contacts list, photos, and files. Why does a watch need access to my contacts list....?? I wonder !!

A lovely watch, beautiful in fact.The printing on the User Manual is very small, ( emailed this re:- this morning) but once I downloaded the H band app you just need to follow instructions in app and all is made clear, I also found it on YouTube. I've only had it a couple of days but I'm loving it already. It does everything I need in a watch

it is a wonderful product. it has it all. managing my fitness program and meeting my daily steps for the day has become a lot easier than before when I use to carry my mobile phone everywhere i go in order to count my steps and activities for the day. I just wish it could connect to the Samsung health program. Otherwise, i love it

I really liked this, however, the glass chipped and cracked without any real stresses (I'm not the sportiest of people) but the features and the app were excellent.

This unfortuently broke very quickly and didn’t give a very accurate reading.
