Trash, just throw it in the trash.
This stuff was praised by a friend. I'm not sure what they see in it but the only thing it does is put you to sleep with a hangover effect the next day if you don't sleep enough. The price it outrageous and I would give it zero stars if it was possible. DO NOT BUY. If you want something to help with anxiety, there's other choices that work well. This is garbage.

Works great if...
As a fan of adaptogenic's this formula is great for daily use to keep your neuro-immune system healthy. Many people want to feel the effects of Kanna as it's described as a potent mood improving herb - HOWEVER - this is dose dependent. You need to find a dose that works - for mood I take 3 capsules at once and feel great. For daily use for neuro-immune support I take 1 capsule twice daily. Big difference.

Amazing effects at higher dose!
This is one of the few products with actual Kanna from S. Africa (most have so called 'Kanna' but it is NOT sceletium tortuosum from S. Africa). For a "full effect" I take at least 4 capsules and it's amazing just like what VICE wrote about. Smaller amounts are good for overall health/adaptogenic effects but full on entheogenic effects are with higher dose experiences.
