Im now a fan.
I was skeptical buying this for my first custom cooling loop. I had worries the pump included would not be up to par. I was wrong though. It's powerful, moves a lot of water quickly. Best if all is that it's virtually silent. The remote makes it pretty sweet but I'd like to see some kind of software implementation to control pump speed. The reservoir itself is a great design. The tube coming down into it reduces splashing and rebounding water which means better flow in the system. The display in front for the pump rpm is also a nice unexpected addition. To those curious this also comes with a atx power bridge to test out your system before powering everything on. Will be recommending to everyone. Also to avoid a bunch of tiny bubbles on the inside wall of the reservoir use highly filtered expensive only. I used home filtered water to test first so I have clinging bubbles in my picture.

Works well and easy to set up ***Update***pump killed itself and almost my PC. Support completely worthless. AVOID
See Update - *Original* Works very well so far and was easy to setup. The LED is not so great though (dim and not accurate color matching), so if thats important you may want to look elsewhere. The remote can be fiddly, but it does work and the magnetic feet on it is genius.UPDATE: Pump developed leak in base at about two months and fried itself. I was very fortunate that I had this installed vertically in front of components. I set up an RMA with Enermax, boxed it up, paid for shipping and sent off. Two months later, no contact. Sent support email....no response. Attempted to call....no answer. Total loss on the pump and the return shipping. I will never purchase Enermax again. I will also watch for any company that uses Lepatek for support....very shady and untrustworthy.

The BEST RGB pump/resevoir combo on the market!
I've had my NEOchanger for about a week or two and I couldn't be happier. I made the switch from an EK pump/reservoir combo and I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. ENERMAX definitely put a lot of time and effort to engineering the best pump/reservoir combo on the market. Not only does it push a lot of water but it's almost whisper quiet; even on the highest setting of 4000rmp the pump is as quiet as a low hum. Most pump/reservoir combos on the market don't have any LEDs but this one is FUL RGB! Controlling the pump it self is very simple as well. ENERMAX has included a compact remote that controls the pump speeds and the RGB functions so If you want to ramp up the pump from 2000-4000rmp you simple push the button for whatever speed you want. Most pumps require software or checking your motherboard bios to see what speed it's at but the NEOchaner has its own LCD screen right on it that shows exactly what speed it's set to. The RGB control is simple as well, the remote has different colored buttons for whatever color you want. Maybe you don't want a solid color for your PC you can set your colors to "flash" or a "breathing" setting that adds a great touch to your resevoir. I'm also impressed by the build of the NEOchanger. It's got 5mm thick plexiglass for the reservoir and a solid metal base on the pump so it feels very sturdy. When it comes to tubing the NEOchanger has three ports, one outlet, one inlet(with a downstem) and one fill port which I really like a lot. Something that I found different, but really like, is the fact that ENERMAX used a SATA connection for power and not a molex connection. It's a very high quality braided cable that is very simplistic but durable. Another thing I love about the RGB on the NEOchanger is it also has a 4pin connection that can connect to a header on your motherboard that controls RGB functions. All in all I'm definitely happy with the NEOchanger and definitely reccomend this product.

Not Impressed.
I have 2 of these running in my Tower 900 build. They light up really bright, which is good, but some of the colors are a little off from what you would expect. The remote is just okay. You have to get really close to the pump to get it to work, but when it works, it works. One frustration is that it's tough as all heck to get the top off of the reservoir. And Enermax Support tells you that you should never remove it. Really? Even to clean your components??? In addition, it seems fairly random how the top is screwed on, so the inlet port might be more on the left side on one and over on the right side on the other. Oh, and the top is never "square" to the front. The logo is always facing 45 degrees to the right or left and the holes are the same.My big frustration is that after less than 6 months of use, 1 of my pumps just stopped working. It makes noise, but doesn't actually move any water, it seems.

What are the chances of this?
On my second pump... First one failed after a few month, leaking through pump assembly out the bottom. The second one had a couple of LEDs fail. The surprising thing was the location, right under the sticker I put on it to have a visual of the water level. The RMA on the first one was fairly painless but I think I will be hanging on to this one.

RGB Pump look so good!!! Also it functions. Very happy.
This thing is pimp. Yes its aluminum lid booo, but there are ways around that. Teflon tape the threads and get a piece of rubber with one side adhesive and fit it to the bottom of the lid. Boom problem solved. Been running it for 1 1/2 months non stop at 3150rpm not one issue. Oh and i just figured this out dont plug in the led 4 pin micro connector to your motherboard unless you have sync it will dim the led or if you notice the led is weak that is your issue and that is how to fix it. Unplug it and the colors are deep took me 5 weeks to figure that out after I removed all the parts from my pc to do an inspection. Run the pump at 3500 max. I noticed when I hooked it up it was going 5500 rpm till I slowed it down. So this thing has power. No leaks. I think that happens because people try to remove the cylinder, but its all fixed just the lid can be removed. Item does not come with hoses or fittings just caps.

Beware - Aluminum Parts
Very impressed by this at first glance. It would have been perfect except the lid is made of aluminum. This definitely reacts with the Primochill Vue and will probably cause long term corrosion problems with other copper/nickel parts. Do not believe customer service who will tell you the cap is anodized and does not come in contact with the liquid. The liquid definitely does contact the lid inside the hole where your fittings and the inside tube meets. Or if you install your reservoir horizontally. Furthermore, small scratches will happen on the threads when twisting on your fittings on which make the "anodizing" completely useless.

Was working great up till now, a year after purchase
Welp!!!!!! Had is little over a year and now the RGB lights are crapped out only a few colors work. I have a dual loop so you can only imagine how the colors match 🙄I marked where the green is not green........it's Red!!! Lights not impressed at this price point.

Absolute Garbage
Originaly bought 2 400ml. 1 started leaking from the bottom at the remote control sensor 15min into leak testing. Bought 2 more to replace that 1 and have a spare as I didn't want to have to change my piping. Then the other original ones LEDs went for crap. Ended up just throwing all 4 away and changed everything to Thermaltake
