I feel like Grant is right here, pushing and encouraging me the whole way !!! :-)

I still have 30 minutes left in the audio book, but this is easily the best book on marketing I've listened to, and I've listened to a lot of them (this includes the ones I've read). Cardone offers clear advice, goals and milestones. The only downside is that all this great advice is wrapped up in a very compelling audiobook that's part motivational book, part memior. This makes for an amazing listen, but the nuggets of wisdom and advice come fast and furious when you don't expect them. One minute Cardone is talking about how he lost his brother to a workplace accident, the next he's providing invaluable advice on how to turn obstacles in advantages. You need to keep your ears open and keep up. Or even keep notes. Better yet would be a written companion to summarize all the goals and milestones listed in the program (I think there is one but I'm not sure if it's official. Can amazon confirm if Cardone had anything to do with it?).Overall, this program is a must-listen for anyone interested in starting their own business and achieving any measure of financial freedom.

As stated in the headline, this is a motivational speaker, but he talks around issues (trying to inspire) and owning points as his own, which is actually almost a mirror of the Nightingale Conant "Getting Rich in America" by Brian Tracy. Except, Brian's version is much more clear and organized. Even some of the stories I thought was his own, was actually direct quotes from this book. I get upset by this b/c I don't think the thoughts were original enough for me to purchase another book on the topics. Anyway, decent book, I didn't mark it 0 since I know it'll help people, but a bummer that I spent another $ on another book carrying thoughts already shared 20+ years ago and also on Audiobook.

The 100x this book went deep I’ve listened to Grant for awhile and here some of his stories multiple times but he went very deep on this one

I believe that Grant wants his listeners to be successful. There is a LOT of good content, good ideas and good things to implement. More than one could implement all at the same time. My suggestion is to listen for things that you can implement TODAY and start using what he is teaching immediately. In my opinion, the cost of this program is irrelevant in that by implementing just 2-3 things you will recapture the money invested on this program and much more. The last thing I'll share is this: If you're struggling to get into a good cadence, this is a good program to have going in the background as you drive to/from work, exercise, etc. This practice will keep you focused on positive moves you can make and more importantly will keep you focused on building and gaining momentum. Go get it.

Not a good book

So many people out there think they are mentors and I was looking for one, only that I most likely meet psychologists, life coaches, speakers, etc... who claim to be mentors in this case it is not so, Grant really did this book and he himself I recorded it to make sure it conveyed the same feelings and desires about what a mentorship really is.

It really feels like GC is mentoring you step-by-step.Only 3 chapters in and have already uncovered lessons from GC that are going to blow up my biz & life!
