I bought this as a gift for a little girl that like a to pick up bugs and frogs. I think it reminds me of a purse you carry around. It seems to be durable enough plastic and the lid goes on and off easily. It comes with a lot of little plastic pieces for a fish or frog to have for a little habitat. I think it’s a cute cute gift idea for an outdoor gal looking for frogs and such!! Keeps the kids outside and busy hands free so they can look for treasures outside!! Would be cute for show and tell at school or on a desk. The light I shave not used as it is a gift but great idea so you can see your pet and turn the light on or change colors of light without touching the pet!! Yes!!

This tank has a lot of accessories for the price; however, the adhesive to hold up the LED light will not hold. After one day, the light was in the water, which is not waterproof. :(

It’s an alright little plastic bowl with cute decorations. My complaints are 1) the light it comes with was broken on the bottom but not enough that I can’t use it. 2) the adhesive tape that was supposed to be inside was not. 3) the light itself is nice except it’s already dimming or something is wrong with it after 8 hours of use. For example, white is now yellowish. All the blues are now green, etc. I wish I could just exchange the light for a new one WITH adhesive since I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing (I already have water in it). Should the light have worked properly, this would’ve been a 4/5 star review.

The media could not be loaded. I love it! I used it to display a geological specimen that needs to stay in water. The LED light, included batteries, handle, and black decorative pebbles are a plus. Overall, the versatility of this portable aquarium is a strength!

i'm content with this purchase. it came with a lot of decorations that i knew i wasnt going to use at the moment, but theyre nice quality. doesn't leak, right size. it gives that fish bowl magnifying effect im happy with because i'm using it for sea monkeys. the biggest flaw is the light. it's not super bright, and mine doesn't totally work. only the blue, red, and green colors work despite having many colors on the remote. disappointed because i wanted to use the colors to match my set up.

Not a single instruction. Remote for light was completely non functional even with fresh battery. Black rocks made too much silt even after cleaning thoroughly- water was ruined. Not worth the effort to return
