I go through these markers fairly quickly.Tricks for best use.Be patient and don't push too hard to get the initial ink flow going.When you re cap the pen do it carefully. You will break the chisel on the ridge of the cap liner if you replace the cap haphazardly. Your lines will be mushy and not crisp if you shatter the tip.Shake the pen well to get the ink flowing.Gravity helps this pen keep the flow. My board happens to be affixed to my wall. I have to shake the pen several times between sentences to keep the ink flowing smooth and uniformly. I put up with these use quirks as I like the brightness of my lettering and my work area dust free.

Work well but doesn't come off. Ruined several of my very expensive chalk boards.

Got these black Friday on sale but they work great. I wrote on the window and gave 4 stars because it was a little streaky. Awesome on chalkboard

Works as expected

I tested these as soon as I got them. I wanted to see the quality of the written text and also how well they came OFF the chalk board. The quality is really nice! Very smooth. These ARE pretty thick (chiseled tip), so I might try to see if they come in a finer tip. They came off the chalk board completely, with water and a little scrubbing with a paper towel. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Takes a while for the liquid chalk to get moving in the pen. Some pens in the package didn't work.

I am a teacher and I painted the inside of my classroom door with chalk paint. I use these to draw on a calendar for reminders. I also used cut-outs from chalkboard contact paper which I stuck on the tables to define work space. These marker pens write easy and I used them to put names on the contact paper.
