TL;DR- check out GorillaMind’s products, they’re effective and real, I showed no results after 6 months of trying this specific product.I really wanted to get behind the new research of this supplement’s efficacy. It all is promising research & results. However, I’ve trial run this product for several months telling myself “this round will finally yield results” to no avail. I’ve been powerbodybuilding for 14 years, I know what recovering from a workout is like and this supplement is intended to hasten/increase recovery efficiency and protein synthesis. I have not had such luck, my recovery remained the same, and I showed no increase in anabolic activity even at the max dosage. I may be an outlier, which honestly sucks. But I can’t really recommend something I personally didn’t see any effect from considering the price. I would however recommend GorillaMind’s website and supplement brand, they deep dive into research and strictly produce the most effective products and ingredients without wasteful/lacking fillers or the scammy proprietary blends.

I was excited to try this product, however when I opened the bottle I quickly realized that there was no seal, and personally I don’t think that it’s worth the risk of ingestion. To top it off, I sniffed inside the bottle & was met with what might just be one of the worst, most pungent smells to ever enter my nostrils. So I’m pretty disappointed to say the least.

I really find that my workout sessions are more successful taking these daily. Price is good and results are even better
