Bike is a smooth ride, is stylish and my daughter loves it! I also needed to contact Schwinn customer service to replace a part damaged in shipping. Schwinn customer service is amazing. They shipped me the replacement part very quickly and also shipped me an extra part I said I would pay for separately. They responded very quickly and exceeded my expectations. Not many companies have a "wow" factor in customer service anymore but Schwinn definitely does. I highly recommend Schwinn bikes not only because of their great products at a reasonable price, but also because of their exceptional customer service!

My daughter loves it. I just wished it had training wheels with it.

This bike is beautiful. Our daughter loves it. It was easy to assemble and we are happy with our purchase. We were missing one of the tire caps.

If you need to attach training wheels, the bolts for the rear wheel are too short. There are adapters/extenders available but these cause the rear wheel to be a little too loose and the tension on the chain is affected. I'm fairly certain that once the training wheels come off this will be a great first bike.

Bought for granddaughter and she was very happy but we can not find a type of training wheel to fit on design of bike! It’s been very frustrating. She loves the bike so much I couldn’t return it but she is struggling to learn how to ride without the wheels. A bit difficult to assemble.
