I bought this for my mom, being that I broke her other one. She says it does the job and the benefit is that it doesn't break. Her only was concern about this product was it would be very rough on the skin seeing that it is metal but after using it she doesn't have that opinion anymore. The only downside of this product is that its kind of small, doesn't cover a lot of area on the face, and is awkward to hold due to its size but other than that its a great product.
