Heated is great
The heatpad is definitely a bonus and I'm glad I got this over the basic versions elsewhere. I don't know if it actually is helping with my dowager hump but it helps my neck feel better when I remember to use it

Would much more prefer a cordless device due to hair being pulled a bit by the cord- does work well and the comfort level is about a 4/10

Do not order this pillow neck stretcher thing. It’s nothing but a useless gadget that hurt my neck. Save your money. I’m sending mine back.

I’ve been suffering with headaches and neck pain for a year - this really helps alleviate my pain and extend time between headaches! I do recommend this. I think the heat helps, as well!
