Optimum Nutrition Instantized BCAA Branched Chain Essential Amino Acids Capsules, 1000mg, 200 Count

I have been using whey protein powder and as such getting all my amino acids. I decided to add some BCAA capsules to see if they might augment my working out and muscle building. Boy, did they. I was really surprised. BCAAs are said to possibly provide additional energy but that is not their main emphasis. To my surprise, they gave me additional energy in the gym and nothing else changed with my supplement intake except adding in these BCAAs. I will watch to see how muscle growth takes place, too. Each time I make a protein drink I pull a BCAA capsule apart and put the BCAAs powder directly into my protein drink. I was skeptical that taking these BCAAs would do anything, but as I've mentioned, they did for me and I'm very surprised. I will continue to add these BCAAs into my protein drink. I highly recommend this supplement. And Optimum Nutrition is a great brand to trust. I've used their products for years and never been disappointed in any of their supplements.

I started in a very intense workout program and have started taking these to help with soreness. I've noticed a drastic difference and as long as I'm doing the weight lifting program I will be ordering them and taking them. The price is amazing and I highly recommend them

I switched to OPTIMUM NUTRITION Instantized BCAA Capsules 1000mg a year ago (October 2018). The main reason I switched to these was price. I trust Optimum Nutrition so I believe the quality is good. From what I understand, the capsules are gelatin, made from beef &/or pork, so are not vegan, kosher or halal. This is not an issue for me. I do not notice any sort of taste when taking these. The serving suggestion is 2 capsules (1g of BCAA) 40 mins before your workout & 2 capsules right after. I take 4 capsules 40 mins before (sometimes closer to workouts), I’ll take 2 capsules during & 2-4 capsules after (depending how long I worked out for). When I ride my MTB, I’ll ride for 2-3 hours (30-45 miles) on trails/paths. For this I’ll take 4 capsules before, 2-4 capsules at the halfway mark & 2-4 capsules when the ride concludes. I know that’s a lot of capsules to swallow, but it’s convenient to carry & easy to take.If your looking for BCAA capsules to supplement with, don’t mind taking a lot of capsules, OPTIMUM NUTRITION Instantized BCAA Capsules are an affordable option & because of that, I’d recommend them.

I have used numerous supplements but my three boys and my daughter, used the "heck" out of them and showed great results.....their old man showed good results also!!!
