Item not as described.
These “boas” are ratty looking. Barely a half an inch in thickness. They’re vacuum sealed and as soon as you take them out, they start falling apartSave your money and go to the dollar store and buy an actual feather boa for a buck. These are expensive garbage.

Use a hair dryer for maximum fluffiness
Exactly what I needed to finish a craft project, and it looked great as I was stitching it onto the project; but looked even better after I blow dried it thoroughly for about a minute.
