I have just purchased this hose in February 2018 based on the good reviews . It was fine at first considering I only used it occasionally. Unfortunately, I found out 2 weeks ago that the hose is leaking in the middle section of the hose and the water was spraying everywhere. It was less than 3 months from my initial purchase and very light usage. I sent email to the seller if they would replace it. No response at all. I would not recommend this product.

We loved this hose when we got it, as it is sleek, very low profile, and folds up incredibly easily. Unfortunately, a few weeks after using it, it sprung a leak. The company was great about it, and sent us a new one immediately at no cost. Now, after a few more weeks, the second one has sprung a leak as well. At the point, I think it's just a quality issue, and thereby I wouldn't recommend the product, ​unfortunately.

This hose is not as it seems to be. The fitments seem high quality and secure, while the valve on the end is pretty handy. Unfortunately, this is just not made to last. I've had mine for 4 months, and have kept it in the provided bag instead of outside on the hose corral. Regardless, it has developed a leak and now does not work very well. I suspect this will soon be completely useless, and i would have been better off buying a traditional hose for half the price. Please be aware that this is more novelty than actual use, as it is not made to last very long and i'm sure if it were kept outside it would have deteriorated even more quickly.

It started leaking in a few months.

Updated post:We are so disappointed with this hose and nozzle. We loved it at first but only used it a few times when we first bought it in October 2017. After one winter, the nozzle handle broke (leaking, handle became brittle and eventually cracked), I suppose from the cold weather. I don't remember the information stating that we had to bring the nozzle in for the winter. Since we bought two we were able to use the other nozzle, which , after only a dozen or so uses over the past 3 months, started getting clogged (not all of the spray holes work anymore). What is worse, however, is that a few weeks ago I noticed a tiny leak in the middle of the hose. It still worked but what a waste of water. I see that others have reported such a leak as well. Today, when I went to expand the hose to reach across our deck, it's as if the rubber hose inside (or whatever it's made of) detached and only the fabric exterior stretched. All the water poured out of the middle of the hose and none reached the nozzle.

I tried to hook it up to the faucet and the brass separate. Despite efforts by myself and a handyman, it would not go back together. Thus when I thread it on the faucet and turned the water on,, the hose blew off!

Although my initial review praised this hose, referring to it as “a dream come true,” it turned into a scream come true.First, it began tangling and then, today, I found this, as evidenced in the picture. Not only did it change in size, becoming about half the width, NO water would come through and the water still in it POURED from the side of the withered hose.I used it once a week at most...what a waste of time and money for me!

It actually works well. I am pleasantly surprised since I questioned how well it would compare against a regular rubber hose. The hose itself seems very durable and the ends seem to be attached well. I feel the water pressure is a little less than a traditional hose, probably due to a smaller inside diameter, but that is overrode by the convenience. I have been using it during the winter to wash my car rather than using a big bulky hose which I would have to drain the water to keep it from freezing. For this hose I just store it in my car wash bucket and bring into the house out of the cold. I usually don't write reviews unless I am very happy or very displeased. In this case I am very happy.
