Tactical Chest Rig Bag of Laser Cut Design, Molle Chest Pouch Utility Recon Kit Bag Tactical Chest Pack Bag

This is my second experience with a WYNEX product and I wasn't disappointed. I don't like to review untried items so I'll wait until they have some use in them. Recently, I did a lot of hiking in the Arizona desert and the WYNEX Tactical Chest Rig Bag was an indispensable part of my gear. Built well and still light enough not to be a burden on extended hikes that included rock face scrambles and hands and feet climbing. I used it to carry a variety of different "within-reach" critical or repetitive use gear and it offered great performance. From video gear, knives, notebooks, snacks, tools, etc., it's also large enough to secure a pistol and spare mag if that is part of your kit. On the first day of use it became a "must-have" piece of my hiking and tactical gear. On some hikes I added extra bags and equipment holders to the hook & loop and molle slots on the front without issue. It was also easy to readjust to suit what each load of equipment was for the day. Built well, lightweight, adaptable and a bargain, it's a great compact chest rig alone or combined with your backpack. I'd buy it again. I will also add an additional review as I use it over time.

Awesome bag and color selection. Good quality. Not super heavy duty but a great option for a small chest rig for a vehicle. Plenty of room for mags and first aid and some accessories. This is my second one in the first one is still holding up fine after a year of use.

Great fit and quality, I am a rather slender adult but this fits well with only a small amount of extra room. Medium to large sized torsos would fit even better. I’ve used it for many airsoft matches carrying a good load of stuff with no problem

Exactly what I wanted!!!

Positives: 1. Fits a full sized, 5" bbl pistol (1911, modern Tacticals). 2. Room for a full IFAK+, or, with a full sized pistol and spare mag, room for a TQ, 4" Compress, and Shears. 3. Material of the bag is thick and good quality, zippers look like they might last. 4. Perfect size. Any bigger and it's going to start to infringe on clear movement of arms at full extension, any smaller and it will limit pistol size options. Negatives: 1. Every end of the 1.5" webbing has numerous sharp edges...way too uncomfortable to wear with just a t-shirt. 2. Webbing slack-retention is designed wrong. They used velcro cross-strap retention. That works great on backpacks, but up against your skin (scratchy velcro and sharp/thin nylon base strips) it's a complete NO-GO! 3. On the other side of the straps, they have attached the Nylon clips with a custom cut strip of nylon, which reduces from the 1.5" strap end into the 1" buckles. The edges of these box-stiched connectors are sharp; very irritating to the arms at the bottom buckles. 4. Overkill on the velcro for civilian everyday use. No need to have a full panel of velcro on the front, nor the back, especially if you are trying to be as low key as possible. And soft velcro is a pet-hair magnet! So, without modifications, this item is unusable with just a t-shirt due to abrasion all over the place. With a thick enough long-sleeved shirt (ACUs, Welding shirt, etc) this would be okay as is. I spent about 1.5 hours removing all the velcro strap retainers, burning off sharp edges with a soldering iron (nylon is too thin for a Bic lighter, imo), and then taping down everything with Black 1" sports tape. If you can do these mods, It's worth the asking price. If you cant/don't want to do these mods, spend more money on a product with better strap quality and design.

I bought this rig to use back stage while running shows for the Ballet company I work for. What I like about this rig: All of the straps are ridged. No elastic that doesn’t stay where you want it. The back plate sits nicely between my shoulders The molle on the front is all “soft side” hook&loop. The molle panel fits my wireless clear com pack’s “belt clip” perfectly, and doesn’t want to fall off when I bend over. The radio holder is sold separately. I’ll be adding Velcro to the back of my radio holder so I can easily attach it to the back plate. The one thing I wish this pack had was some pen / pencil elastics inside the pack to hold my sharpies and stick flashlight better. All in all, it does what I need it to do, and if you’re in the same boat as I’m in working Tech for theatre, ballet, concerts, or any stage had style work, I suggest this rig.
