We tried the zesty cilantro and loved it so much we ended up buying this four pack. It’s delicious and healthy. I love how it has so few ingredients and you can pronounce each one. We gifted a few bottles to my parents and they raved about it too! We will definitely be ordering this again!

These sauces are really delicious my favorite is the cilantro. These sauces bring a variety of taste to work into any creation, from salads to meat. They bring all the sweetness and heat you want without all the sodium. The Pineapple Tai is great tossed with fresh green beans. Another plus is this is a woman owned business, way to go Saucy Lips.

These flavors sounded good, but just weren't. I ruined several meals (by refusing to throw it out after first smell telling myself "it will taste better than it smells" and "it just needs to marinate" and "give it a chance, try something new and different" - nope. Too vinegar-y, apple-jalepeno ? just not great flavors. Sorry, it's a pass.

As "Keto" sauces, I am a little confused here. For example, the pineapple sauce is obviously full and pineapple puree, which is fresh and delicious, and yet pineapple is not listed in the ingredients! The serving size is also only a teaspoon for each, which makes me wonder if they have just made the serving size tiny in order to round down the carbs to 0 or 1. If you tilt the bottle to add some to your meal, a lot more than a teaspoon is inevitably going to come out. I doubt many people would measure that tiny bit out and find it worth it.Putting that mystery aside, these are all nicely balanced sauces. The pineapple is very sweet and works well with chicken in a sweet and sour kind of way. The cilantro is also intense and more versatile. The spicy sauces add some kick to otherwise bland meals.Overall, a good set of very different sauces, but I would not trust these for keto.

These are very favorable. A different mixture of tastes that are great to make meals a little more exciting. I follow mostly a Whole30 lifestyle and these are not Whole30 certified. The ingredients look pretty clean and no sugar or soy so I use them as I'm not very creative with my cooking. I've only tried two out of the pack but really enjoyed both of those. I would purchase again.

I did not realize these are in plastic bottles. Other than water, I prefer buying in glass bottles. The serving size is a teaspoon - a complete JOKE - so there are 72 servings in a container. For those who read ZERO carbs, ZERO fat, etc....think again!
