No bad memory cells during my testing, after installing on my new ASRock AMD X870E Taichi Ryzen Socket AM5 X870. They are white because they have RGB lighting and if they had been colored black instead, the RGB lighting would be barely noticeable and boring. Yes, the RGB lighting thing is silly, but it DOES look cool, like when I'm staring into the glass-doored computer case, late at night when I should be sleeping, in bed.

I refunded this, but not because it was bad, damaged or any of that. I built an AMD PC and failed to realize this ram is for Intel systems. I am surprised my PC even booted at all and was able to run XMP and play games in general before I realized it was meant for Intel. Diablo IV is where I kept crashing and getting memory error codes. Did a little digging and realized MY mistake. But from my experience, the fact I could boot, run XMP and everything about the ram was working as it should on an AMD system, gotta say this ram is good. Diablo IV is the only time I had issues but I am glad I did or I would still probably be using this ram and maybe damaging my system.

I had some memory errors on a previous module I bought so I bought these in the interim while Crucial was handling my warranty-exchange. Even though I don't need 32gb of memory on my gaming PC, after getting my defective ones replaced, I ended up with four of these modules and now I have far more memory than I'll ever need! These modules have super bright LEDs and look great inside a clear case. Other than the one defective module I had, I've had no issues with the stability of this memory and my computer is running super fast.

So I decided to return my G.Skill RAM stick that I previously had to upgrade to these “latest and greatest” sticks. However, one of the RAM sticks just went out. My pc isn’t recognizing it. I swapped the RAM sticks places and sure enough one of them isn’t being recognized anymore. Uuugggggghhhhhhh!!!!!!.

So far it runs great with my R5 7600. This isn't an EXPO kit, however using DOCP II works just fine and comparable Dominator 6000 CL 30 cost $50 more compared to this. The DDR5 modules use Hynix A die IC's which as it currently stands is very good for the timings and frequency compared to Samsung B or Hynix M. Ryzen performs better at lower latency compared to frequency increases, Currently running these at CL34 6200 1.3V,AI have no doubt I can probably lower it to CL32. Compared to what others have got with the same kit I have seen CL28 6000 1.45V & 6800 MHz CL34 1.45V but I'm going to see how far I can go before instability issues.

Works great, when you're looking at these I assume you already know that DDR5 is a great choice to begin with (at this moment). I have used Corsair memory for years before and never had any trouble. The RGB is of course unnecessary but I personally like the effect, however they also come in a different RGB look or without if you prefer. Everything arrived quickly and in good order, I would recommend. (Dont mind the silly tube placement in the picture, I didn't feel like switching them around yet)
