These iron supplements have a great taste and being chewy they do not feel like tablets which is a bonus

I’ve had a few iron gummy’s also tablets, but these have been the best. They also have a nice taste and also a nice texture. Will be sticking with these ones and I recommend them.

these iron gummies are a really nice peach flavour but i found they were a bit hard to chew almost like rubber. the reason i bought these is that they are halal/suitable for vegans and i dont like the idea of taking doctor prescribed meds as opposed to supplements to increase my iron levels as i found ferrous sulphate tablets were making me gain weight. with the gummies i was able to increase my iron levels and not worry about weight gain. it says to take two gummies per day so a bottle of 60 last you a month. priced at £9.99 for a months supply is ok as you dont need to keep taking these once your iron levels are where they should be.

As an endometriosis sufferer, I am a big fan of the BeYou range of products, so I couldn’t wait to try out these gummies!You get 60 gummies in the tub and they come in a peach flavour, the taste is ok but has a bit of a funny after taste. I much prefer the raspberry flavour in the other range of gummies from BeYou. It’s like eating a sweet so I don’t find myself forgetting to take them. It says to have 2 a day, I’m not sure if that’s at once or separately as that’s not clear anywhere, but I do tend to eat one at breakfast and another before bed.I am currently recovering from an operation for my endometriosis so these gummies are great for me as they’re giving me the iron my body desperately needs. They help to replenish the red blood cells lost during the menstrual cycle and that is a bit all over the place for me since my op, so these are ideal. They also help protect against tiredness and fatigue which is a massive symptom with endometriosis so I’m looking forward to seeing if this improves for me. I have only been taking them a week and just had surgery so it’s hard to judge that part yet.Suitable for vegans and gluten-free!I also have the immune support gummies and the the hair, skin and nails ones, I did check directly with BeYou if it was ok to take all their gummies together and they confirmed it was.When I ordered these they were £16.99 which I think is slightly overpriced compared to other gummies you can get, but I see they’re currently down to £9.99 which I think is just right.Great product 👍🏻

At £0.17 per gummy, and with a 2 gummy per day recommended dosage, this costs £0.34 per day for a 14mg dosage.The great thing about this supplement splitting the dosage across two gummies is that you can tailor it better to your needs. Almost no one will need to supplement with 14mg per day unless they are diagnosed as having a deficiency,Obviously that comes at a cost, and these are a decent bit more expensive than if you take a regular pill or capsule.But, it is also better for my girlfriend who does not like taking normal supplements.The taste is sweet, but natural and not too artificial. My girlfriend does say that these are some of her favourites and she loves the peach flavour.My girlfriend does see a positive influence on her energy levels when supplementing with iron and that hasn't stopped when taking these, so they do seem to be effective.For the cost, they are good but could still be a little cheaper. Overall, it's a pretty positive experience.

They have a weird, gritty texture. The flavor is sweet and metallic.It's the flavor mixed with the texture that made it hard for me to eat these the first couple of days.However, they are not horrible, they devolve and go down quickly, so it's easy to just eat it and get it over with. And as mentioned before, you do get use to it. This is way better than burping gross pill formed Vitiman flavor all day and being forced to relive that disgusting taste all day long.I do get a metallic taste on my tongue after eating them but it doesn't last long and I'm on about my day with no issue.

These gummies are quite hard and take a solid minute of chewing before you break them down enough to swallow. This is unfortunate, because it keeps the unpleasant metallic flavour in your mouth for longer. Look, iron is important and it's good that these contain 100% RDA. I have been taking these for a few days now and I am not constipated so that's better than previous iron supplements. However these are expensive (this is only a one month supply), and they are really not pleasant to take.

This is the second gummies bottle which I am reviewing in last 2-3 weeks and this one as well is too chewy for me. And it's not that I didn't have these types of supplement gummies before but this one has a thick skin. It takes me few bites to get to the content (which I identify with change in texture and taste).The expiry is till Sept 2023, so long way to go.On the description or photos on Amazon, Seller has not mentioned how much iron content is there. I have included a photo of the label on bottle which tells you a bit about that.You get 60 of these gummies for £16.99 which I think way more when compared to similar iron gummies on Amazon. In some cases, these are double the price of others or you get double the quantity in others.
