I have been using this for the last 200k miles on my 2011 toyota sequoia. I am not a fan of additives but this one was referred by a very smart individual who I trust. It worked immediately. It quieted down my lifters at start up, reduced oil consumption by 75%, and increased my oil pressure. My mechanic now uses it on all his cars and is amazed at its performance. It is a miracle additive.

Seems to work great! I read up on a lot of oil additives and this one came out on top. This is the real stuff!

At 120,000 miles Toyota issued a recall on my Camry Le 4 cylinder 2007 engine due to a ring issue and excessive oil consumption ( more that 1 qt. in 600 miles) . After rejecting the idea that the engine and ring design was faulty, I concluded that the port design was too confined and the outer ring tension engineering was too loose ( an attempt to decrease friction in cylinder and get better EPA mileage results) and that carbon was building up in the combustion chamber causing excessively sticky compression rings. Over the next year I patiently added ( not excessively) Injector cleaners, Lucas fuel treatment and Bell fuel additive for control of Ethanol related issues. After 20,000 miles, changing oil every 4,000 miles with LiquiMoly 2259 Syn. Engine oil (without the friction additives used in their other oils) and using about 3 oz. total ( every 4,000 miles) of the BellX-tra Lube Concentrate at oil change and during top-offs, the car burns 1 qt. of oil per 2,000 miles vs. 1 Qt. oil every 400 miles before I started the remedy. Now at 180,00 miles this engine continues to burn 1 Qt. in 2,000 miles and was never serviced by Toyota dealership since 100,000 miles ( the engine has never been worked on since it came out of the factory) Take it for what it is worth. Now pays for itself.......... Update 9/13/20 : now at 195,000 miles on original engine, just changed valve gasket and amazingly oil consumption is 1/4 quart total in 5000 miles. 25x less consumption than the 1 quart every 400 miles at its worst. Additives added now per manufacturer recommendations. Use 2259 Liqui Moly 5w-20

I drive a 2016 Sonata SE with a 2.4 engine, and I have to tell you about a product I tried. It's called Bell Performance X-tra Lube concentrate. It costs $23.00 from Amazon. That's the only place I could find it. I read about it, so I tried it because I was dissapointed in my mileage. I use 100% synthetic, and I've got 49,000 miles on my car. The bottle is real little, 8 oz, but you are supposed to use only 2 oz with your oil change. So, before the Bell Xtra Lube I was getting 25 in the city and 33 on the highway. I added the stuff at my last oil change. It didn't do much at first. My mileage went up about a mile per gallon, but its been in my engine now for about 3000 miles, and the difference is spectacular. I'm getting 30.5 mpg in city driving, and I just took a trip from Naples to Miami across alligator alley and back at a constant 70 on cruise control. Going I had a headwind and got 40.8 mpg, and on the return with a tailwind I got 43.1. My highway mileage went up from 33 to 43. That's a big jump in my opinion. I didn't change the tire inflation, either.

I love this product, these guys are the real deal. I used this with 5w-30 Royal Purple motor oil, and I got a 2 MPG increase on my average driving. The engine ran smoother, and felt like it wasn't working as hard as usual. I plan on putting some into my transfer case and both differentials. I would recommend this product to anyone.ID,USA

This product only requires 2 OZ per oil change as compared to12 or 16 OZ of other products. My Kia has a GDI turbo engine that was causing carbon deposits to be blown out the exhaust. After 2000 miles of using this product the carbon in the engine and exhaust had completely disappeared . Have noticed a light power increase. Bell Labs have been in business for many years and have known them for over 30 years to be a very reputable firm and develop great products.

I use other Bell products. Changed oil in my 2000 Sierra with 200000 miles, added this and noticed an immediate quieting of the hydraulic lifters. Will continue to add at future oil changes.

My engine runs smoother and has more power. The engine runs easier so I can get up mountain highways without my speed dropping off and my passing speeds are faster for the roads I always drive.
