Good quality product and reliable. I bought 5 so far for all of my family members. Used it in the united states and spain and no hassle.

This travel adapter is a godsend....I've been travelling in south america, Africa and NZ Australia and Europe....it has a plug for everywhere and great for connecting power banks, phones, ear phones etc to be charged....its great....if I had a small criticism it is a robust unit and can be slighly heavy in some small pronged plug situations but you prop it up etc and I guess it does a lot and needs to be robust....I wouldn't be without it....I even use it at home charging headphones etc

All the functions of more expensive travel adaptors at a good price in a neat zip bag The alternative pins lock into position so stay in place, the USB charge comes up as quick charging on my Samsung Phone. The only problem I have with it is my razor and toothbrush charges which have bathroom 2 pin plugs which don't fit the adaptor's 2-pin socket. I bought an additional flat pin converter plug for $1 which fits the adaptor and my charges and is small enough to go in the adaptor bag.

Great travel adapter. I have taken it on a few holidays now and it has been very useful indeed. Lots of ports and it's great to have USB A and C. The fast charge port is great for your phone or iPad. Would recommend.

Lives this item as it has Europe & USA so no more loads of plugs just have the one now!

In the first one I purchased, the UK plug will not retract any more after pushing it back and forth 3 times!. However, they immediately offered to give me a refund. I got a new one and works fine. The adaptor is even smaller than it looks in the photos. For me it was crucial to be sure it would not work when the fuse was gone. I have verified that the adaptor does not work when the fuse is removed, so I assume it will not work if the fuse is fried by a surge, which is what I need. It takes a bit of practice, but one can easily remove the main fuse (using a finger nail) and the spare fuse (must rotate to align the mark and it comes up a bit pushed by a spring). Spare fuses are available everywhere and in Amazon and cost nothing. If this one lasts, it would be the best product of this type out there.

I've travelled extensively over the years and used many adaptors. Bought this as now need a fast charger. Been on a few European trips since buying and it works great. Doesn't fall out of the wall socket like some I've had. Fast charge and multi usb means I can charge everything over night. Really like this one. Feels strong and the bag is a great addition to protect the buttons in travel. Definitely recomend.

I am a genuine user and not one of those paid for reviewers! The adapter works well and is always taken on my work trips which find me using many of the features of the item. I regularly power/ charge three or four devices at a time and have no issues with the adapter delivering power simultaneously. Recently however I have had a minor issue with the plastic plug of the three pin UK feature. Without hesitation the seller has replaced the faulty adapter, cannot recommend enough - should be more sellers like this on Amazon!
