Jeweled 18Gx1/4 (1.0x6MM) 316L Surgical Steel Ball End Nose Piercing Jewelry

These are REALLY TINY!! I just got my nose pierced with an 18G bone but the "jewel" at the end of this stud is so small I'm afraid it will just go through the hole. Maybe I was remiss...does the description give a size to the actual stone at the end? I wouldn't recommend this unless you're trying to hide your piercing.

Most are too long for my nose and stab the inner part of my nose..this one is JUST perfect!! My new fav since my dog ate my last one.

Nice to wear when I feel like it but it certainly hurts during long wear:(

Gem fell out in less than a week

I thought it was so gorgeous when it came in the mail, like a little opal! And then the stupid gem fell out. Looked nice but I barely wore it and it was already broken. Very upset.
