This was our second choice, because the first one leaked. It worked great for about a week, and then the switch that controls the spray (rated for 40,000 cycles) decided it no longer wanted to work properly. We rarely ever use anything but the sprayer anyways, even when filling pots... But if you happen to push the button, even accidentally, it changes to pot-filler mode and the flow is SEVERELY disrupted; we're talking trickle. And when you try to go back to spray mode... well, it makes that transition, but with the same disrupted flow rate. We have to try switching it back and forth until it magically decides to work right (it never works right in pot fill mode), it might be 30 times we have to press the switch before it works properly. I have been extremely busy and haven't had the time to contact them to see about a replacement nozzle, but I will do that now and update along the way. Other than the faulty switch in the spray nozzle, I'm 100% satisfied with this faucet unit. The build quality is fantastic, and it fits my triple sink very well.UPDATE: Company refused to honor warranty claiming that my issue is just a clog which isn't covered. I have full water pressure when then spray head is removed.

It worked fine for about a year. Then the head output fell off. They sent instructions on how to clean it. After following the instructions the faucet failed completely.I have tried to order a replacement wand, it seems to be impossible. You can send an email; but it won't be answered for 24 hours. Then you have to respond to it and wait another 24 hours.

This is an extremely well made faucet. I used it in the bathroom for a vessel sink. Beautiful result. I had an installation problem and the customer support from Parker at Purelux was outstanding. An exceptional experience

I have had the sprayer on the faucet fail and the company with their 10 year warranty has come back with environmental issues as being the cause instead of admitting it could have failed to work properly, I would recommend a different faucet. Not pleased with how long it lasted.

Looks great, we'll built. Very solid. But poor water pressure.

Perfect fit for standard sink. Allows me to have a water filter which my old standard faucet did not. It does not come with extra plugs so be sure to order separately.

Love the price and great quality

Love this better than the one I bought at Home Depot for my other home. There is no rubber hose showing it is all brushed silver.
