A fabulous good value set for ballet buns. Particularly the nets. I love the nets. They are larger than normal bun nets so you can twist them over again for extra security. Pretty strong feeling.

Ideal blonde coloured nets for my granddaughter’s ballet exam.

Bought for daughters’ ballet buns. I found these worked well on my teen daughter who has a lot of hair and thus a large bun. The pins were too long for my tween daughter who has shoulder length hair and therefore a much smaller bun.

We get through a lot of hairnets, pins and bands with ballet several times each week - so this is a pretty good test of this mega-pack of three of the things you need. You also need a good hairbrush, hairspray, a good mirror and strong fingers!See the photos that I have taken - as they explain how I rated this✅ You get a lot in one pack - sufficient at least for a term of ballet lessons✅ the quality of the net looks to be a big step up from the supermarket ones - as the photos hopefully show: Firstly, you can stretch this over the area of three 1-litre milk cartons without it breaking or tearing. Then look at the close up of the mesh - you get a "double net" construction with several strands seeming to be woven together. This is way more than we need to ballet - so I will use this and double or treble it over the bun.✅ The size is good enough for the whole head - should you buy these for catering work where hair has to be covered up to avoid contamination.✅ the hair bands are good too - they are fabric covered to stop the elastic snagging on your hair. They also stretch to a good length of 7cm✅ each net was individually wrapped - so no untangling the nets before you can use them✅ the hair pins are 7cm long, and match the net colour✅ they were delivered quickly in a cardboard box - with hair nets and pins packed in cellophane packets rather than laying loose.👎🏻 I ordered "Brown" colour - but it looked more like redhead to me. See the photo - what do you think? Next time I would choose "blonde" for this reason.♥️ CONCLUSION: Easily a terms worth of ballet kit comes in one pack - all in matching colours (see my comments on the "brown" one). For the price - this beats the supermarket choice of buying all three items individually AND the quality is a step higher. I'm happy to wear a silk cap to bed to keep my hip length hair from throttling me during the night, but only in the cooler months, in the heat of the summer it's too hot. I've used hairnets in the past in the summer but I needed some more.This set contains a lot of hairnets, 30 of them, and they do last for a little while, so these will keep me going for a few years, I think. They are plenty big enough to fit all my hair and my head, not just a bun size, you would have to loop it over for it to be small enough for a bun, I think. I'm really pleased with the hairnets, they are just what I needed and just in time for the hot weather. Anyone who has used hairnets knows that they are a somewhat disposable item, they don't last forever, but these will last as well as others I've used in the past.The hair tie bands are also really good, I don't like the new very thin ones that you get nowadays, these aren't like that they are good and thick. I've only ever had black ones in the past, so I'm really happy to see them in paler colours as my hair is silver/white, so the beige colour is less noticeable against my hair colour. For me, these are a bonus as I only wanted the hairnets, but this is a really welcome bonus indeed. These are good quality and stretch well and I think these will last a long time, a lot longer than the hairnets.The grips are also a bonus for me as I rarely use them, but if you do want this set for styling buns then these are the sort of grips to use. They are the kind with both legs the same, you couldn't use them to grip your fringe out of the way, that needs the kind that have different legs on each side, if that makes sense. They aren't flimsy and bendy, so again they should last a while.All in all, this is a really useful and good value set. Personally, I would have been happy with just the 30 hairnets for the current price of £5.99, but it is nice to get a bargain and the hair tie bands will be useful for me.
