Great diary
I think that this is a great diary. In my opinion and experience it can be as short as five minutes or as long as 30 minutes or even more. Sometimes I don’t feel like doing much so I just fill in and answer the prompts which is still pretty good and makes me think on what to be grateful on. But half of the times I take it as a reflection of what I have and how blessed I am and combine it with reading scripture, praying and giving glory to God and being thankful for everything, for HIM, for the good and the bad. I think. Value for money, ease of use, paper thickness is great, and I love the design so simple but cute. And the price is good

Helps find joy in the little things
This journal is probably one of the only journals I have consistently used while I do occasionally take breaks and using it and my daily practices change I have found this to be the one I use most consistently doing it in the morning and then taking the time to reflect at the end of the day And really taking the opportunity to find joy and even the small things helps with battling depression and the daily doom and gloom, we can sometimes experience it definitely helps with my outlook and writing the affirmation at the start of the day helps me feel confident and capable for the day ahead as I use it as my mantra
