Requires assembly
Requires you to assemble the tail and two arms, Very easy to do just line up and using a small screw driver (included) just tighten into place. Also needs 2 AA batteries for the remote control pad. Wow does this thing move !! It almost flies across the floor, on my first attempt in landed straight in my cats food bowl, crikey it was hungry 😀. Lots of fun for dinosaur fans, I found the remote control a bit confusing but I’m guessing my 5 year granddaughter will find it a blast.Saving this for Boxing Day fun.

Good
WEEFEESTAR Remote Control Dinosaurs, Walking Dinosaur Toys with Light and Sound, 2.4Ghz RC Dinosaur Toys for Boys, Velociraptor Toy for KidsGreat fun for younger kids, remote control and has working lights and sounds. The remote isn't very clear what does what but easy enough to work out.. my son is almost 5 and just presses all the buttons anyway.Great size and good quality. Will keep kids entertained for a good while!

Younger children will love this
👀 First impressionsGood size, great remote control.🎯 Who is it targeted at?The box says 6+ but I think a younger child from 3-4 up would enjoy this.📦 How is it Packaged - What’s it made from?It comes in plastic moulding within a branded cardboard box. The toy itself is plastic.✅ What do I like about this product?I actually really like this. It moves well and the sound effects are great. It needs putting together but its very easy to do. The remote control design is a nice feature which kids will enjoy. This is a great size and moves well with some practice. Younger children will have lots of fun with this.❌ What could be better?Make sure you have batteries to hand, it takes 2 AA (not included).🤝 Summary…A nice gift with great sounds.

Great fun for younger kids, and easy to control
Great fun for younger kids!Roars, lights up, moves at a fast pace, plenty to keep younger kids entertained.Controller doesn't really explain what buttons do but it's very easy to work out, even my 2 year old can control it!Minimal set up, screw a few pieces together but nothing strenuous!Doesn't come with the batteries in the controller.Dinosaur itself takes a few hours to charge and lasts about the same amount of time from the charge.Doesn't work too well of shaggy carpets, so wooden floor, laminate, kitchen tiles are best for it.Definitely agree with other reviews that it's aimed more at younger kids than older ones.

Requires some minor assembly
This looks better in the 'flesh' than the pictures suggest. It requires you to attach some appendages and a small screwdriver is included so you can unscrew the remotes battery cover.Although the dinosaur is rechargable the controller needs 3 AA batteries so buy or fit some before the kids unwrap it.It is great fun for a younger child. It suggest 6+ , I would say 4. It doesn't do enough to entertain an 8 or 9 year old in my view. The reason I say it for a younger child is because the controller is really good. It is just intuitive for a child. The dinosaur doesn't do much apart from move and roar but they use it as part of a game they are playing with other toys.I quite liked it myself but I got bored after 20 minutes when I exhausted the battery, but then I'm a grown up.
