Every so often a company comes along and restores your faith in retail business; Jetway is one of those companies! I will be exclusively purchasing from Jetway in the future due to their company ethic and how they stand behind their product. I purchased the Travel Adapter for a Safari in Tanzania and it worked wonderfully. Later, I took it along to Germany on a business trip with similar results. The last day however, the adapter made a strange noise; I sent an inquiry to Jetway since I was leaving for another overseas business trip within a week and wanted to ensure I had a functioning adapter while abroad. Jetway responded within 24 hours and explained the earlier model had recently been upgraded due to a fan issue. Jetway replaces the adapter for free and had it to me within 3 days. Worked perfectly in China for the 1.5 months I was there charging 2 iPhones and a laptop. Two issues though. First, the power switch died after about 2 weeks. I had to unplug the entire box when I wasn't using it. Second, it's a bit noisy. There must be an internal fan, so if you're in a small hotel room or sensitive to notice when you sleep it may disturb you. The fan noise seemed to get pretty loud over the course of my trip, and would have periods of quiet and periods of loud buzzing. Overall, I would buy again.

Operated as described on my trip to Kenya. Unfortunately after about seven uses the power button broke. Fortunately it works, you just have to unplug. It could be five stars if this flaw were fixed. Otherwise it is overpriced. I believe I read a similar power button issue from another buyer.

It sparked and stopped working the first time I used it on vacation. I plugged it into the wall and when I plugged in my iPhone charger it started sparking. Luckily the hotel had an extra charger that they gave us for the rest of our month long trip. I would have returned it, but no returns after 30 days and I purchased it before we left not anticipating any issues.

This product did not work. The very first night I had my fan plugged in. It worked for an hour or so and quit. By the time I returned from my trip, I was not able to return the item. I am very disappointed. Not only did I not have use of the converter or fan, I had valuable space and weight taken up in my luggage. Had I known I would have no recourse upon returning to the states, I could have disposed of it in France. I am also very disappointed in wasting my money.

I used this adapter/converter on a recent trip to Israel and it worked great for charging my phone, camera battery, and other electronic devices. We were able to use my curling iron with it without a problem, but when plugging in a hair straightening iron it tripped the device off. Since it happened at the beginning of the trip, we didn't try the straightening iron again for fear of damaging the only way we had to charge our electronics.

Traveled to Italy for a month and had a 20 hour layover in London. This unit worked just like they said it would. The USB ports were great, I could share the converter with my friends. We charged phones and tablets using the USB ports. I was traveling with medical equipment, multiple pieces, and was able to charge and/or use the equipment with the three electrical outlets. Only downside, I had one piece of medical equipment that required a stronger converter. My daughter had a converter set with a piece that I could for this equipment. It was a great trip and your equipment helped me have peace of mind. Thanks

Worked great on our trip to Italy. Charged a Fitbit and two camera batteries using the regular plugs. Charged cell phones via USB ports. Ran quietly. Wasn't sure what my experience would be based on other reviews, but had no issues with this product.
