Died after a few months
I liked this kettle just fine for the first 8 months I had it. It's small, but heated water quickly and was perfect for me as the only coffee or tea drinker in the house. But then it up and died. I used it as usual, and this time when it switched off after boiling, it gave a little electrical burning smell and will no longer turn on. I know it's not the most expensive thing, but I would expect it to last longer than a few months.

I never was able to clean the industrial grease out of it. The handle is awkward. There are sharp edges. It's still great for heating up a liter of water at lightning speed. Just, more for washing dishes, not tea.

It boils water quickly
I was not impressed when I saw how damaged the box was when I receive the kettle, however I have used it twice and it seems to work really well. It boils water quickly and auto shuts off. I was disappointed that it does not whistle.

Just up and stopped working one day, wouldn't come on. Disappointed.

I like the kettle.
I was looking for a small kettle, and this one just perfect. The capacity of the kettle is one or two tea mugs, so I don't have to boil 2 L every time I am making a cup of hot tea.

Cute and perfect
Love pouring my piping hot water out of this sweet pot! I make lots of pour over coffee and hot tea. This allows the coffee to bloom properly. Worth the purchase.
