- Men’s Nordwand Pants, Durable Pants for All Outdoor Activities

The Revolution Race Nordwand Pants are hands down my favorite pants for walks and hikes. I'm 5'9 (33" inseam) and a 150lbs, and the medium is a perfect fit. These have a closer fit to them, which I like, but not so snug that restricts movement in the least. The flexible fabric on the knees is outstanding and adds to the pants' comfort, allowing for greater range of motion when you're squatting down or climbing steeps. I have three pairs of the Nordwands, and if they weren't so damn expensive, I'd undoubtedly be buying a few more.

Fit as they should. Not my usual cut. But price was right (40% sale). Highly recomend. Good for anything out doors. Even just to where any where. Will out last me. Im 53 figure. Bout 20 years left. These pants will still be around sure of that!

These are the best pairs of pants I have ever owned. I have 3 pairs and none of them have had a tear and the strap on the bottom is absolutely essential now that I realize how important it is. I am a wildlife biologist and I hike daily and these pants just have it all. From the large side zipper pockets to the overall look and comfort these are a really good value for people that plan on hiking off-trail or anything like that. Those who can spend the money it’s worth if because these will outlast several cheap pairs

I am 5'10" and 145 pounds. Medium was too big for me. I'm a cyclist so I was expecting the legs to be tight (they usually are cause of my thigh muscles). These pants were roomy enough so they seem to have good mobility, but I'll have to order a small.

I ordered the Nordwand, GC Pro, and Fjallraven Keb pants - looking for a durable hiking/trekking/travel pant. I really wanted to like the Revolution Race stuff - good reviews, looked good, seemed durable, and the fit (size L, I'm 6'0 and 215 lbs) was slim but still stretchy and comfortable. But the small ankle opening (which comes up often in reviews) was the dealbreaker. I could barely get the pants on/off over my ankles (size 11 feet, nothing out of the ordinary!), and they were way to small to slip over standard hiking books. While there is elastic and adjustability to go smaller - the largest option is still way too small. Sadly, this was the deal-breaker on both Revolution Race pants I tried.

Great quality. Use them for work and regular wear. Comfortable. Holds up well. I’ve had them for over a year. I have multiple pairs and I wear them weekly. I purchase them in a large so it would fit loosely. I’m 5’6 145-150 lbs.

I was browsing Amazon for a larger fit pant. I have a few pairs of the Hospital pant suit nurses wear, but was looking for something a little more durable. I have found the product!! Plenty of pockets. The fabric is a not stretchable overall, but in the knees the sew in an elastic material that give a relief, so there is no burning when squatting. The ankle cuff has an adjustable durable Velcro strap that I put at max at first and never adjusted since. I ordered 1 size bigger as the elastic part in the rear adapts well to my wider that expected waist. I pick black and its relatively cool. The pants in my crotch area has no sag like my back end would be suffering from plumbers butt. Best fit pants in a long time. I bought 3 pairs at once and glad I did. Until I shrink back to some weight that is near my healthy zone, these pants are my go to. I highly recommend.

Je fais 1m80 et 80 kg, la taille L convient très bien, serait beaucoup trop large en XL; bonne qualité et solidité perçue, les tissus élastique des fessiers et genoux donnent une liberté de mouvement appréciable (pour moi activité de cyclisme); plus cher que certains à 30€, mais qui se déchirent en quelques mois

Heel mooie wandel/ buiten activiteiten broek. Draagt fijn, Jammer alleen dat je de band niet kan stellen.

Great product. Have several pair. Not the best to wear when it is warm, but cooler weather or fall, winter weather I will wear these. They also seem to be a bit tougher design than the other style pants. Not practical to wear with high boots such as work boots that go up past your ankle because the cuffs are narrow. They seem to work well with hiking boots. Over all I like the design and I wear them and have now purchased several pairs.

Sie ist robust, funktional und deutlich bequemer, als man es bei so widerstandsfähigem Material erwarten würde. Das Gewebe ist hochwertig verarbeitet: Die Knie- und Gesäßpartien sind verstärkt und halten auch Kontakt mit rauen Oberflächen problemlos aus. Gleichzeitig ist das Material flexibel genug, um sich gut zu bewegen – vor allem beim Hocken oder Klettern merkt man, dass der Schnitt mitdenkt. Die Belüftungsreißverschlüsse an den Oberschenkeln sind ein echtes Plus, gerade bei wärmerem Wetter. Auch nach einem langen Tag draußen bleibt die Hose angenehm tragbar. Die Taschen sind sinnvoll platziert, mit robusten Reißverschlüssen und genug Platz für Messer, Handy oder kleine Ausrüstung. Positiv fällt außerdem auf, dass die Hose wasserabweisend ist – ein kurzer Regenschauer perlt einfach ab. Für längere Nässephasen bräuchte man natürlich eine Überhose, aber für den Alltag im Gelände reicht das völlig. Einziger kleiner Punkt: Die Größen fallen etwas sportlich aus, wer zwischen zwei Größen liegt, sollte lieber die größere nehmen. Fazit: Sehr gut verarbeitete, vielseitige Outdoor-Hose mit hoher Funktionalität und gutem Sitz. Ideal für Wanderungen, Jagd, Arbeitseinsätze oder Freizeit im Gelände. Preislich nicht billig, aber das Material und die Haltbarkeit rechtfertigen jeden Cent.

Brought these to use as work trousers. By far the best pair of work trousers I have ever owned. Light weight, breathable and durable. Really good fit too.
