I ended up stopping once the gummy were finished as i couldn't take the taste anymore. But saw significant difference in my nail strength and my face/skin was a lot clearer while taking the gummies.

So first I want to start of by saying wow!! En début d'année , mes problèmes étaient multiples : chute importante de cheveux, cheveux fins et cassants, volume capillaire qui se réduisait. J'ai pris un ensemble de produits : shampoing et après-shampoing spéciaux, masques capillaires, sérum à appliquer en friction sur le cuir chevelu, sérum réparateur à l'huile d'argan pour protéger les pointes, gélules de levure de bière et ces gummies. J'ai également fait couper 2 à 3 cm de cheveux et dors sur une taie d'oreiller en soie. Au bout de 3 mois, je perds moins mes cheveux, il me semble observer des cheveux en phase de pousse, les longueurs sont en bon état, mes cheveux sont légèrement plus volumineux et plus brillants. En faisant des diverses recherches, j'ai appris que pour observer de véritables résultats il fallait bien attendre 6 mois, mais au bout de 3 mois je constate déjà une légère amélioration. Je ne peux pas affirmer que seuls ces gummies y sont pour quelque chose, mais ils y ont probablement contribué. Ils sont très simples à mâcher et leur goût est très agréable. La dose recommandée est de 1 gummy par jour. Très important pour moi : ils sont compatibles avec les régimes alimentaires végétariens et végétaliens.
