Economical for printing sturdy parts
I restore vintage radios as a hobby and sometimes need replacement parts like gears, pulleys, knobs, feet, standoffs, etc. These parts need to be strong and not brittle to stand up to wear and tear. This particular resin has become my goto for generic use. It prints with fine detail, is easy to finish and takes paint well. For the quality, the price is very reasonable.

The Best I Have Used
After using the ABS like + and the Water Wash resin. I decided to try this Tough Resin 2.0. I'm using a Photon Mono X.The first thing I noticed was that the lift and distance speed were 2x what I was using. So my prints are faster. Adhesion is excellent, I even started backing off on the Bottom layer exposure time. This Resin is what the ABS like resin should be. It is very flexible. (Like ABS). Another aspect is that after printing the resin comes right off in the bath, unlike the other resins I have used that leave a hard to remove film on the part.ABS Like Resin is brittleWater Wash Resin is the most brittle and does not adhere well to the build plate.Tough Resin 2.0 is not brittle at all and I can print at 2x the speed. This resin will be my go to resin from now on. It is consistent, leaving me with less misprints and wasted resin.

Only 900ml in a bottle
I have bought a ton of this resin! Mostly black but a lot of clear and white as well. At least 15 bottles of black as of right now. I'm satisfied with how the resin performs. It seems to not be too brittle while still holding it's shape. The one thing I'm not satisfied with is that there is only 900ml in a bottle. I know the bottle says 1kg, but I think that most people just assume that equates to 1,000ml. Either way, they should advertise this so people can accurately calculate their print costs. The other problem was when I reached out to Anycubic to inquire how many ml were in a bottle, they never responded. So I had to buy my own measuring cup to find out myself. Now Lychee Slicer can accurately estimate my print costs, which have gone up about 10% from what I thought before.

Resistant and flexible
A little sticky and it requires more cleaning than the standard resin, highly recommend. Not as brittle as the standard one. It smells a little less tham the standard.

Great for functional parts, enclosures etc
Took a little dialing in to get the right exposure, and it's quite viscous and doesn't like being cold... but the results are very detailed, and the toughness and flex is very similar to commercial plastic housings - which is to say they ARE breakable, but only if abused. Snaps and fits work great, and tapped holes hold machine screws very well. A great resin for useful professional looking parts.

The best
I love it all easy to print with it is pretty tough for sure no more breaking a print because I tipped it over on the table on accident! Prints smooth with my anycubic Photon mono I only use 1.5s layer times! The packaging was amazing very confident i would never get a busted busted bottle! It didn't smell at all to me and usually the people that live with me complain about the smell when I run my resin printers and I haven't heard anything yet! I think I found my go to resin! I bought thr black and it's just wonderful!

Genial
