Great, with one exception
This set of new parts for the Henry was a great price, and all the parts are excellent except for the actual floor head, which is lighter than the original, and so tips back when using it on a thick pile rug. As a result I'm having to look for another floor head. The other parts are all great, and the floor head is fine on hard floors, just not on carpet or rugs.

Poor quality, thin plastic hose
I have recently purchase this product and immediately realised the inferior quality of its plastic, compared to the original pieces. Less than 2 months using the new hose it is now broken, it’s thin plastic broke away from the bit where you screw into your hoover, so I will need to buy a new one.
