Only "provides" 109mg of magnesium in the two capsules when you need 300-450mg a day. Have got a higher potency one now (nutravita) which I can actually notice when I take it

There is so much to love about this Magnesium Threonate supplement by Direct Vitality.Great credentials, no nasties in it at all - which is such a bonus to me - pure, easily absorbed form of magnesium, GMP Certified, Made in the UK, Vegan, soya free and Gluten Free… The capsules are easy to swallow, and you can take a lower dose if you want by having only one a day. They have a long expiry date too - mine are May 2025, that’s 2.5 years from purchase. Oh and the packaging is all recyclable.I need a good magnesium supplement for some specific health conditions, so I wonder whether there is enough elemental magnesium for me in the daily dose (two capsules: 109 mg, 28% of NRV) but I also know that Direct Vitality know what they are doing, so if I find out more I’ll update on here.The current price of £17.95 for a month’s supply is pricey - but Magnesium Threonate is hard to come by and this is a premium quality supplement.
