Q: Is this pure avocado oil or are there other oils added to it?

It is not cold pressed or expeller pressed avocado oil. Which means it was processed in the same way most inflammatory vegetable oils were processed. The disappointing thing is the price which is almost the same as cold pressed avocado oil. Not good value for money

Q: Is this cold pressed or refined ?

It is definitely not cold pressed as it says refined on the bottle .A refined oil is one that has been bleached or deodorized after its extraction. Oils treated this way lose a great deal of their smell and color.

Q: How long can you store this oil for?

The 5L bottle that was delivered to us at the end of August 2022 has a best before date of 27/05/2024.

Q: How many times can you reuse this oil for frying?

I’ve used it quite a few times with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Just the same as any other oil .
