Don't let your hubby wash it in the dish washer
I love how it cuts butter and 2oz of half block of any cheese from Velveeta to hard cheeses looks don't change how it works. 😑 Looks awful I washed bye hand, my hubby didn't know didn't ask put it in the dishwasher took two-day days to remove tarnish from grips. Should advise on box not dishwasher safe.

It works great bit turned gray in dishwasher. Finish was gone.

Waste of money
I don't know what material this thing is made of. It turned black and the finish came off, the black stuff come off on my hands.

It does what it was made for.
This is a very nice butter slicer. You should make sure the butter is cold but not frozen. You cannot slice really soft butter either because that would make a mess. Straight out of the refrigerator is best. It is very convenient to have the stick of butter already sliced as you use it. Premeasured is great if you are dieting. You are not as apt to cheat.

Don’t put it in the dishwasher
It may say it somewhere and I didn’t read it but don’t but it in the dishwasher. It will come out weird and this stuff comes off all over you.
