Insoles. Are good but not springy it just. Hard,
The comfort was good for money. The arch support was ok. The quality was good but didn’t change my hard shoes feeling softer and offer a jump to feel softner. The fit was good. The appearance was ok

Severe pain
I don't usually write bad reviews, but I feel like I need to warn people about these. I'm a very active hiker. I put these in my boots and after about 10 miles, I could start to feel the metal springs on my heel. The next few days the pain was bad. I hiked 15-20 more miles on them before I took them out just hiked with no insoles in my boots at all. These things will make your foot feel like your skin is about to rip off. Not a fan at all, and these are not recommended for long distance hiking at all

High Heel for achilles tendinitis, but takes some serious break-in before I was able to wear them all day.
After having these for approximately 2 weeks, I'm a little disappointed. I bought them to assist with my Achilles tendinitis, which they do have a high heel and help with that, but the material used on top of the insole, which is what your foot sits on, is rough and isn't real comfortable. If you're looking for an insole with a high heel, these absolutely have a high heel, but keep in mind it may take some time to break them in.

Not worth the money
These actually came apart the second day I had them. They are NOT comfortable at all.It feels like you can feel the springs on your feet.Very disappointing

Like walking on clouds, if was possible
There light and super comfortable, just wish I’ve bought like 7 of these because every time I switch shoes I take these gel soles out and stick in every boot, sneaker, these would definitely make your feet happy

Only meant for higher topped sneakers not for low top sneakers
They are completely comfortable and I like the look but the only way they actually work is when they have Moisture going in them and it seems like they are made for high top sneakers because of the heel is lifted don’t recommend putting them in low top sneakers
