I received this product today. Once I got it unboxed I noticed right away the product advertised is different from actual product received. I purchased this particular model because I understood by the advertisement it had function buttons on the front of the NVR. According to the Amazon posting it does. According to the product manufacture manual it does. However as you can see in the provided photos not even remotely what I had expected. According to the sticker on the bottom of the machine it should be the correct item. Nothing on the site states that the photos may not represent actual product like other sites do. Very misleading on the sellers part. I will be having a local computer shop verify product specs. Not off to a good start. Will update soon.

i got my also but i try to use 1 of the camera that i got new 5mp and can't recordé on h265. it said support h265 but cant find the option. i try that on another one it work but not this product. something not right on the product. i can see that it flick time to time. like suddenly the camera is gone. i thought this is a good product since is a Linux base. no update on the product neither trobleshoot. and no software for Smartphone. is not that friendly it suppose. i can't get the recorder to record some specific channel to record on movement and some to record 24hrs. it force you to chooce 1 option thats all. i bought this because of the h265 compression if can't do that then is not as good as it said on the ad.

Great unit. Easy to set up. Ensure your cameras are Onvif compatible.

I was skeptic about the quality this NVR, for this price, but for my surprise, it works almost like the 10X more expensive models.

I was going give this product just 1 star because the one I got was dead out of the box! But I saw their tech support was open so I called them and they sent me out a replacement and a shipping label for the dead one.
