The package arrived open, and damaged!

Already opened and used
These cars were sold as new. When I opened there was packing tape on the paperboard, intending to hold the blister down. The cars were loose and one of them was dirty.

Falsely labeled as condition "new"
I was going to give this as a gift but I can't now because the whole package looks to have been opened and crudely taped closed on all four sides. This should never have been listed as new. Really disappointed.
