I’ve never felt the need to write a review before but just felt I had to for my marine Collagen. After reading about the benefits of marine collagen I came across birch and Wilde will scrolling on amazon and the packing caught my eye. My order arrived beautifully packaged with very clear instructions and so much info on the Birch and Wilde website. I have been taken the collagen for about 3 weeks and can really feel and see the benefits. I was suffering with the joints in my knee and every time I went to the gym the pain was getting worse, after about a week of taking the capsules the pain has gone. My skin is actually glowing and my hair is shiny. There’s nothing else I’ve changed or tried so I know it’s down to the collagen. Thank you Birch & Wilde I am converted! I am recovering from serious surgery and my system has been really weak I was in constant pain and my skin was really dull and grey Nothing has improved my complexion or energy levels until now Please note i am speaking in past tense as......Since taking these capsules I have felt my energy slowly return Many people have commented on my glowing complexion I am also in much less pain and have greatly reduced my pain relief medication Honestly if this supplement can help me so much in my present poor health think what they can do for you I would also like to make reference to the negative comments re only receiving one bottle when 3 are shown on photo.You still receive the advertised amount so therefore cant see what the issue is here. I believe they are highlighting the labeling by using plus bottles in photo Really not an issue at all Needless to say I have reordered

First of all, please be aware that you need to take two of these capsules a day. I thought it was one so that's why I think they are a bit expensive for what you get. Remember to take on an empty stomach too. I'm post menopausal after having a hysterectomy last year and I noticed that my skin was rapidly aging....drying, sagging and wrinkling too. The full works! They don't tell you that will happen in pre-op lectures you know! In panic I contacted my friend who is a beauty therapist and she told me I must take collagen as my ovaries were also removed so my hormones have nose dived. So as well as my usual starflower oil, iron, B12 and multi vitamin (not to mention HRT the last few months) I added a marine collagen to the mix. I've tried a lot of brands and didn't think I noticed much of a difference. This one is different. I can't put my finger on it, but my skin just looks healthy and not dull and tired anymore. The wrinkles are still there (sorry, but everyone knows you can't get rid of them once they are there without interference of some type!) but I just look better and people have commented on my skin too. Don't know if a coincidence of some sort but I will be buying and sticking to this collagen.

I have had this about a month because I thought I would give it at least a couple of months, But I am beginning already to see and feel the effects, my face is plumper and skin glowing, The pain in my hips and the stiffness normally associated with it has almost disappeared and believe I have spent plenty of money on other natural things on the market I have researched which haven’t worked I also noticed I have not taken any pain relief which I was taking at least 3 times a week which would make me very drowsy And I couldn’t think for the life of me why this was happening then I realise that I had started taking the above I would say to anyone try it first and give it at least a month to 2 months to see if you see any improvement excellent product I thoroughly recommend it, I intend to write another review after the recommended to see results which is 4-5 months

I’ve been using this supplement for quite a while and I do feel that it makes a big difference. The pouches are very handy and the fact that they are available on Amazon is even better as the purchase and delivery is so quick and easy.

On the first week of using this, I started developing 1 or 2 acnes on my face. I get zits once in a while especially when I know my period is about to come. So I didn't take notice of it. But on my 2nd week, I started getting deep painful acnes could feel multiple tiny bumps all over my chin, upper lip, cheeks and jawline. 3rd week my face is like on the photo I've just provided. Photo shows where my skin was zit free before taking the capsules. It's awful as it brought me back to the time where I couldn't face anyone without wearing make up. Today, I noticed 2 big painful acnes on my chest so I decided to stop using it and see if my acne goes. Never changed my skin regime. Taking the capsules is the only thing I could think of that might have caused my acne. I've put 3 stars because even when I've developed acne for the past 3 weeks, my skin feels plumped and made my lips redder which I really liked.

So far I've only been taking the collagen for just on a week, so I can't and won't be able to speak on any of the long term effects yet. I'll try to remember to update this review when I do have more experience with them. However my initial impressions are positive. The price is very reasonable, and while the capsules are on the large side, they're of a high quality and are easy to swallow with water. There's no unpleasant taste or smell to the bottle, and no unpleasant aftertaste either.
