Never received, 5 stars for customer service and what I have heard about this sponge
Was so disappointed as I am into ASMR and heard this sponge works amazing and can hold up for quite awhile. Would have LOVED to receive item as I do not think I can get them in the U.S. Total bummer but the company was great about a refund promptly and I am super satisfied with that!
