I have to be honest about Amazon's brand cargo shorts ......really good quality and fit, never had an issue. I've purchased many before and love the fact they use real buttons on the pocket flaps and not that awful Velcro, I don't want Velcro on my cloths .... I know how to use buttons because I'm an adult!. The inseam lenght is just right for me, waist size was spot on, good size pockets and their 100% cotton which works for me in warm weather. I have no issue recommending the brand if the things I like about them you also might like.

Bought two pairs of these for my boy friend, they seem pretty light wt and breathable but fabric is made to hold us and easy to wear. He said they are comfortable and fit him well will definitely buy more in for future good alternative to jeans

Shorts are comfortable and soft. They fit just right. Belt loops are extra big and fit the wider belt I use, which was a bonus for me. The pockets are adequately deep, but not as deep as some shorts I've had. The two front cargo pockets each have two buttons to secure contents. Shorts I've had in the past use velcro. The buttons are ok and definitely provide better security. But buttons are covered by a flap (thus not seen in photos), and with two buttons, it can take a moment to undo the buttons to access the pocket.

Nice shorts for the taller guys needing a longer inseam, lighter weight fabric but nice structure, comfy and easy to wash. Can’t beat the price so get a couple pairs! True to size with a little stretch

Amazed at the quality for the price. This is heavy duty canvas-type fabric, good stitching, etc. A little longer in the in seam than I prefer, but that said, I have two pairs and plan to add other colors.

I was concerned about the notation of frequent returns but tried then anyway. I discovered that the reason for so many returns is because the sizing is off. I ordered my usual size and ended up getting 2 sizes larger for a comfortable fit but the shorts are great once properly fitted. I am now very satisfied.

High Security Shorts- That's what I call them, sounds better than frustrating to use shorts anyway. These pants seem very well made, nice material, good stitching, lots and lots of pockets, But the interesting and frustrating design of these pants is the buttons. Having a way to secure the pockets is good, snaps, zippers, buttons or whatever. But these pants use a two button system for each front pocket and one button for the back pockets. Plus, the button "holes" are just big enough for the thicker than usual buttons used. The end result you ask? They are difficult to secure and open. Especially the front ones. Why would anyone need two buttons for a pocket? To make matters worse, there is a sewn on flap that covers the buttons to add more style and maybe protect them and add some weather proofing? Nice idea but at that point a zipper is much more secure and easier to use. I have a touch of arthritis in my hands and the buttons are painfully difficult to manipulate. But even for the average person, unless I got an unusual pair, the dual buttons are just a real hassle to use. So overall the pants are quite nice, provided you don't use the buttons to secure the pockets, or never use the pockets.

My hubby has lost weight and needed new shorts, but I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. From what I can see, it has a great price and is of good quality. I will know once he tries them on after Father's Day.
