Thank goodness for Oregon's Wild Harvest Fenugreek!!! It has saved my supply. My 9 month old is EBF and went on a nursing strike as his new tooth came in. I couldn't get my supply back up! It has been two weeks since I had even let down. I was almost to the point of buying him formula when these came in the mail. After 2 days of taking 3 a day, I am letting down again! I could cry from happiness. I don't let down nearly as fast as I used to, but I AM letting down multiple times a day! He just has to work harder. I've had stomach pain for years now on & off when life gets extremely stressful & loving spicy & acidic foods/drinks doesn't help. This product definitely worked! My milk supply doubled I took 3 pills in the morning and 1 at night Only took for a week I was able to start freezing milk again I get about 7oz on average pet pumping session but I had to stop taking them because it upset my stomach and my babies stomach a lot luckily it’s day 4 off of them and my milk supply has stayed up still I have switched to goats rue liquid extract which is supposed to have the opposite effect and help calm the stomach Definitely starting to feel better

My milk supply has dramatically gone up, thank goodness! I bought it because I needed to pump bottles to give to my 5 month old after having a medical procedure done where I couldn't nurse for 24 hours. I also felt like my supply was going down for some unknown reason. Before I started this Fenugreek supplement, I was only pumping 2oz at a time if I was lucky. Now, I regularly pump 5+oz at a time! So i had a bladder infection from the catheter after giving birth. After going to the hospital with a 105 fever they tested it but my milk almost dried up but this stuff saved my milk. Well the antibiotics didn't work and 2 weeks later the bladder infection spread to my kidneys and i was in the hospital for 4 days. My milk started to dry up and I was devastated. My son is only 1 month and i can't breast feed right now because of the medication. I started taking this again and my milk supply went from 1oz each breast for every pump to 2oz each breast for every pump in just 1 day! I'm so happy. I highly recommend this.

The ingredients and product is high quality so don’t want to ignore that, but every body is different and for me I gained a couple pounds in a week so I stopped immediately. You always have to be careful with these types of vitamins when they affect hormones. But upside my sweat smelled like maple syrup lol.
