I learned of this powerful tea and immediately wanted to try it out.So far I’ve purchased the bark twice bc I’ve noticed a change in my energy throughout the day, I don’t feel as sleepy mid day and (it could all be in my head or the power of the mind) but I feel less bloated.I hardly taste this if I steep a few pieces in boiling water, just an earthy taste that isn’t too offensive.I think I’ll continue to grab this bag as I’ve tried my teas and natural remedies and this seems to be the best one yet.
