The media could not be loaded. I am 37 and I have been taking a high dose of B2 400mg after a recommendation from my neurologist after suffering from severe hemiplegic migraines. I switched to this brand having previously tried another product of this company. The price was competitive. Even though it didn't have any reviews, I must say that the capsules are much better than the other brand I previously used because they are small and easy to swallow (not gelatinous). These capsules have been very effective in reducing my migraines. I will also follow the advice on the chart and video and I will be starting to take bromelaine CoQ10 magnesium soon for additional recovery purposes.

Plastic container is oversized for the contents however, they are value for money.

Well it certainly makes your wee go yellow- as it should. Waiting for it to moderate the migraines now.

Brilliant product but had the shock of my life when my urine turned bright yellow!

Bought these for my daughter as she has extremely bad migraines, didn't really taste, she swallowed tablet ok. Not too expensive compared to other supplements. Quality seemed fine. Shame it didn't help her. No relief from migraines

Really big pills which are hard to swallow.They do get to work quickly though!
